The Director of Sales Compensation Design and Analytics will lead the development of sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving desired behaviors for strong company outcomes.
This role involves creating training materials, communication documents, policy, and governance for sales compensation plans, as well as developing and implementing sales incentive compensation plans that align with business outcomes to drive growth.
The successful candidate will analyze plan effectiveness and expenses, present findings to Sales Leaders and COO, and manage development and distribution of plan documents, plan calculators, and training materials for compensation program rollouts.
