The Senior HR Director for Commercial Americas and EMEA will drive business growth and foster a high-performing organizational culture. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and leading innovative talent strategies and culture initiatives to attract, grow, and retain a diverse leadership pipeline.
As part of the LBS HR Leadership Team, you will collaborate with LBS senior operations, GSC, QARC, and DBS leaders to advance talent strategies and cultural excellence. You will lead OpCo-wide initiatives designed to transform our organization to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Utilize data and key insights to support the development and execution of the HR Strategy that supports company growth and operational goals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, focusing on diversity in the medical device industry.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment: Manage employee relations, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts. Implement policies and procedures to promote employee engagement and connection between work and overarching objectives.
- Improving Leadership Effectiveness and Performance: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, improving structure, systems, and environment within a company to create a more efficient, effective, and positive workplace.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree in business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a related field preferred.
- 10 years of proven experience leading in human resources and/or business partnerships.
- Ability to synthesize business data and develop innovative and holistic HR solutions that are forward-thinking and innovative.
- Demonstrated ability to promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity.
- Strong understanding/application of organizational change and process excellence principles.
This role offers relocation assistance. The incumbent is expected to perform other duties necessary for the effective operation of the department or unit.
Travel: 35% (domestic and international)
Language(s): English fluency is a must; another language would be ideal.
Reports directly to: Global VP, HR
Works collaboratively with global LBS HR team and well as with Danaher and other OpCo HR team members.
