You'll work closely with our HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition and meet our business objectives.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume recruitment environment. You should have experience as a trusted advisor and effective cross-cultural stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
