- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and executives to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives
- Monitor and analyze data to inform quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field
- Minimum three years' experience in healthcare risk management and prior management experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between locations
