Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist

Duties

• Serve as a resource to program managers concerning compliance. Advise around issues warranting attention; provide interpretation of applicable statutes, rules and regulations, Spurwink Policies & Procedures, and the principles of "Best Practice" and "Continuous Quality Improvement; and answer any questions as needed. Provide education/training regarding the above as requested by any program/department.
• Conduct Quality Improvement Reviews.
• Attend a variety of program-based meetings in numbers sufficient to assess that those served are provided effective quality programming and that agency policies and procedures are followed. Onsite attendance may be required.
  
  

Qualiftication

A full clinical license related to behavioral health is preferred, as part of the role is the assessment of clinical content in assessments, treatment plans and other documentation. With appropriate experience in behavioral health and quality assurance, individuals with a bachelor's degree may be considered.
