About the Role
The Information Technology Director is a strategic partner who ensures our technology systems enhance the user experience while effectively supporting our organizational mission and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational IT Strategy:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with our organizational goals
- Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Digital Transformation:
- Lead digital transformation efforts to improve processes and enhance user experience
- Administer Salesforce and other applications to streamline and enhance our existing infrastructure
Database and Knowledge Management:
- Manage IslandWood's systems, including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Develop and implement a sustainable knowledge management strategy
Information Technology:
- Approve workstation hardware changes and software distribution across the organization
- Coordinate outsourced IT services and ensure vendor performance
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce database experience required
- Ability to create structure, processes, and systems to align with organizational strategy
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 products required
- Must pass child safety screening
