Key Responsibilities
- Interface with operational management and end-users to analyze and support internal system solutions.
- Analyze, review, and alter systems, programs, and applications to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
- Communicate any defects to vendors and application owners, and coordinate testing and implementation of fixes.
- Work closely with others to ensure service levels are being met and risk to the business is minimal.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledge of Basic Networking.
