The Director of Learning and Development (L&D) is a strategic leader responsible for enhancing employee performance, leadership development, and organizational growth. This role will oversee training programs, career development initiatives, and leadership training to ensure alignment with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage leadership development programs, technical skills training, and career pathing initiatives.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to identify learning needs and solutions.
