The Learning and Development Business Partner will play a critical role in shaping this culture by creating and implementing learning programs that support our business goals.
This includes partnering with site leaders to identify training needs, developing and delivering training content, and evaluating program effectiveness. In addition to these responsibilities, the L&D Business Partner will also serve as a site-level administrator for our learning management system (LMS).
