We are seeking an experienced LIHTC Asset Optimization Specialist to join our team at Jobleads-US. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and/or multi-family housing, with experience in asset management, financial analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders. You will be responsible for reviewing and understanding limited partnership agreements, regulatory agreements, financing documents, and other relevant sources to determine enforceability of terms, financing structures, and constraints.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of LIHTC assets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize value for our partners.
- Develop and implement plans to improve property management performance, reduce risks, and increase returns on investment.
- Collaborate with general partners, property managers, lenders, and governmental entities to resolve operational issues and facilitate problem resolution.
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including risk assessments, financial analyses, and recommendations for improvement.
