We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and optimize a value stream's performance, coach and develop a high-performing team, and champion continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers, team leaders, and hourly production team members within the value stream.
- Drive operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team morale, aligning goals with broader value stream objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, production planning, and problem resolution.
- Utilize production boards to track performance, identify issues, and communicate key updates across shifts and teams.
- Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices and standardized work processes.
- Lead daily production and escalation meetings to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Foster a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety standards and conducting timely incident investigations.
