Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production supervisors, ensuring efficient operations, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to production teams.
- Supervise and develop three Manufacturing Supervisors.
- Champion a culture of quality, safety, and compliance with cGMPs and GDPs.
