**Job Description:**
We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operations Technician to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various equipment and machinery in the manufacturing process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Meet established scrap rate goals.
- Palletize completed work and transport to warehouse as necessary.
- Complete downtime log accurately and contemporaneously.
- Assure that all reconciled labeling; e.g. pouchstock, inserts, shipper labels and waste is properly accounted for.
- Communicate mechanical issues and other Production information with incoming and outgoing shifts.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
- Familiarity with basic math and reading/writing skills.
