Fairlife is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Partner - Manufacturing. This position will be based in our Webster, NY or Coopersville, MI manufacturing plant and will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives that ensure fairlife maintains a robust pipeline of talent to meet production demands while championing fairlife's values and commitment to excellence. Key responsibilities include managing hiring efforts for site-based roles, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, partnering with HR teams, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and evaluating and optimizing recruitment processes.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5 years of relevant recruiting experience and a proven track record of sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or through other creative search methods.
