Director, Content Marketing
This role leads the development and execution of content marketing strategies that attract and engage new prospects while fostering deeper relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies to attract new prospects and support customer acquisition goals.
- Leverage data and customer insights to understand target audience preferences, behaviors, and pain points, creating content that drives engagement and action.
- Create targeted content programs to educate and engage existing customers and generate leads.
- Align content initiatives with key business objectives, focusing on enhancing the client experience and driving measurable improvements in engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Content Creation and Optimization
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including articles, videos, infographics, blogs, and other digital assets.
- Leverage customer insights and analytics to refine content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance the bank's content strategy.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to be part of impactful marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging digital content that educates, inspires, and supports the bank's growth objectives through lead generation, prospect and client engagement, and new business acquisition.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- ~8 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on digital channels and customer engagement.
- ~ Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
