Job Summary:
The Chief Medical Executive at Waterfall Community Health Center (WCHC) serves as the organization's chief operating officer, providing strategic and operational leadership to drive the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care. This role requires a seasoned executive with expertise in healthcare administration, leadership, and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's short- and long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Board-approved goals and objectives.
- Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing guidance and oversight to department directors and senior leadership personnel.
- Represent WCHC in various forums, including partnerships with local, state, and national organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Board members, employees, patients, providers, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Doctoral degree desirable.
- Minimum ten years of experience in a senior leadership role in a healthcare organization, preferably in a community health center or FQHC setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and change management.
