In this position, you will confidently present our services and capabilities to decision-makers through compelling presentations, resulting in new clients for Jobleads-US. As a critical role for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person, you have superb communication and interpersonal skills, and thrive on building and maintaining relationships. You understand what it takes to build trust, and act as a reliable resource regarding our products, services, and capabilities. You believe in our services and can convey that to target audiences, articulating how we exceed the competition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You have mastered the art of engaging your audience. You have a strong background in presenting to both small and large audiences, in person and virtually, using PowerPoint and other software. You identify yourself as a creative communicator, both verbally and in writing. You are adept at capturing status updates, next steps, and action items in a CRM system, and have the analytical capabilities necessary to regularly report on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends. A bachelor's degree and 5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry with a third-party administrator (TPA) or similar industry are required. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Salesforce/CRM.
