AbbVie's Neuroscience Therapeutic Area is seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team.
About the Job
This position is responsible for developing and executing high-impact territory plans that align with Neuroscience medical and scientific objectives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, investigators, and other stakeholders to educate them on AbbVie's products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partnerships, including site management and monitoring, clinical research associates, and Medical Outcome Science Liaisons.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, product knowledge, and new therapeutic areas of interest to create awareness and relationships for AbbVie in the medical community.
- Develop and execute account plans designed to support and meet shared business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of clinical, scientific/research, or industry-related experience or equivalent.
- Leadership attributes that align with company-wide initiatives such as All for One AbbVie, Clear and Courageous, Make Possibilities Real, Agile and Accountable, and Decide Smart and Sure.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply foundational skills in Scientific Storytelling, Identifying Mobilizers, Powerful Questions, and Active Listening.
- Must meet healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
