Our team is dedicated to creating a safer and more efficient rail network. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced O&M Rail Safety Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical supervision on safety issues of rail-related projects and lead the annual review and update of the Rail Accident Investigation Procedure.
- Manage and oversee the Project's Safety Rules Compliance Program and maintain and coordinate emergency preparedness standards for Operations and Maintenance.
Key Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization and with third party contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience in transit safety, safety management, or system safety engineering.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
