Job Summary
The Franchise Business Leader plays a critical role in supporting and guiding franchisees in achieving operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards. This position requires a strong understanding of franchise operations, business consulting, and multi-unit leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to franchisees on operations, marketing, sales, and customer service to drive business performance.
- Develop and implement operational standards, including compliance with brand guidelines, health and wellness regulations, and best practices.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs across franchise locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tailored action plans.
- Deliver ongoing training programs and resources to franchisees and their teams, fostering growth in areas such as leadership, customer engagement, and team management.
- Partner with franchisees to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand customer bases, and enhance market penetration.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring franchisees maintain the company's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of their business.
- Stay informed about health and wellness industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position franchisees for success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5 years in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit leadership, preferably in the health and wellness or service industry.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence franchisees or multi-unit teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM, POS, and franchise management software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to franchise locations and regional meetings.
