Job Description:

As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include delivering outstanding Guest Service, setting an exemplary example for others, surpassing daily selling standards, managing schedules, maintaining inventory control, providing in-depth product knowledge to our guests, and collaborating effectively as part of a cohesive team to achieve individual and store objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in sales leadership and a strong sales background, with a minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience and 2-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience, overseeing comprehensive staff management including recruitment, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, coaching, and supporting.
