Lead Logistics Operations
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading logistics operations, developing strategic plans, and driving business results. In this role, you'll oversee the logistics department, optimize Distribution Center and Material Flow operations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance Distribution Center and Material Flow operations, focusing on On-Time/In Full delivery, storage optimization, and high inventory accuracy with minimal damage.
* Drive value capture activities to eliminate waste, improve storage density, and achieve cost savings through process improvements and optimized labor resource utilization.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize projects, develop project plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required and 10 years of experience in logistics or operations.
- Ability to apply advanced Logistics knowledge and skills, integrating theories and principles into the context of the broader Kimberly-Clark Supply-Chain.
- Experience in a high-speed industrial manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environment preferred.
