Key Responsibilities
* Oversee financial center operations while adhering to all compliance and risk policies and procedures
* Provide an exceptional customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm
* Utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships
* Actively participate in off-site networking events and community initiatives that will bolster our brand presence and strengthen ties within the local community, driving business growth opportunities
* Contribute to team building and performance excellence in the financial center by collaborating closely with the Financial Center Manager to assist in building and nurturing a high-performing team
Requirements
* Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in customer-facing roles and team management
