Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our state-of-the-art cold storage facilities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the location, overseeing operations and logistics, providing guidance and support to employees, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse activities, costs, operations, and forecasts.
- Monitor operational performance and progress towards goals.
- Lead by example by embodying company values of Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Impact, Humility, and Community.
- Utilize Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) related to planning daily facility requirements.
- Communicate company goals and vision to warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and Federal, State, and Local OSHA regulations.
Requirements:
- College degree in business, logistics, or management.
- 5-8 years of experience in warehousing and/or logistics management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of general supervisory/management experience.
- Skilled in planning, staffing, budgeting, and organizing.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
