Job Description:
- Lead JDE USA's sourcing efforts, focusing on Packaging Materials – Corrugated, Paperboard, Films/Foils.
- Develop creative, strategic solutions to complex opportunities, collaborating with Quality to execute supplier quality systems reviews and audits.
- Analyze cost breakdowns of components and finished goods, incorporating market trends and pricing into sourcing strategies that optimize product cost and quality.
- Proactively manage supplier performance, conducting evaluations with corrective action requirements and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
- Knowledge of financial accounting, strategic sourcing, and supplier management concepts.
- Proficient in managing cross-cultural business practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a daily basis.
