**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing department and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, supervising a team of Manufacturing Supervisors, and championing a culture of quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to production teams, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to industry standards
- Supervise and develop three Manufacturing Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
- Champion a culture of quality, safety, and compliance with cGMPs and GDPs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Troubleshoot issues, lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Project Management
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Operations, or Business) with 3 years of leadership experience in a cGMP manufacturing setting, or associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems
- 5 years of experience in operations/plant management
- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
