Program Director
A dynamic and dedicated individual is sought to join our team as a Program Director.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures, federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices, and laws.
- Site operations, policies and procedures
- Safety, health, and welfare of staff and students
- Representing as the chairperson for the site Management Meetings
- Maintaining contact and open communication with student athletes
- Oversight of medical and food services and administration
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of five years of experience in residential facility management
