Category: Admin Support City: Dyersburg State: Tennessee Shift: 0 - Day (United States of America) Job Description Summary: Under the supervision of the Program Manager, Manager is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the staff involved in the delivery of services provided by the Drop-in Center. The Manager is subject to flexible shift requirements and call back to insure uninterrupted services to the program. Employee is subject to call back and overtime as required by the hospital. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assists Programs Manager in interviewing, hiring, orientating new staff and evaluating performance of staff. Supervises staff and provides direction for daily activities of Drop-in Center. Understands and implements all standards and policies and procedures of Pathways, Inc., licensing bodies and funding sources. Ensures the coordination and consistency of all Pathways Peer Support Centers. Provides direction and supervision to the Peer Center Managers. Provides linkages, referrals, and support and advocacy services to help the consumer access and mobilize resources to meet his /her needs. Provide coordination with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Tennessee Consumer’s Association. Performs related responsibilities as required or directed. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Must be a current or past consumer of mental health services with skills and proficiency in the principles, concepts and techniques of maintaining stability as required by grant. LICENSURE, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION: Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license. Emergency behavior management training within 90 day orientation period and maintained throughout employment. EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in leadership role preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
