• Collaborate with center facilities team members to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff members

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping
Requirements
• Master's degree in early childhood education or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
