Key Responsibilities:
- Assure conformity of quality systems management processes to meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
- Drive the implementation of our quality strategy, ensuring excellence in quality performance through Quality KPIs.
- Member of Plant Staff Management, developing quality improvement strategies and leading Head of Plant in Management Review according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and drive quality assurance on production processes through quality controls and internal/external quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience in the automotive sector in Quality.
- Familiarity with IATF rules, implementation, and surveillance audits.
- Domain knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC).
- Availability to travel, including visa requirements.
- Advanced English proficiency.
