- Develops & deploys the Worldwise Organic Certification Process
- Responsible for ensuring that products meet set standards of quality and reliability by developing and implementing quality control systems, inspecting and testing materials, goods, and products, and identifying and resolving production and manufacturing problems.
- Develop, lead strategic initiatives and best practices to implement and improve Quality Assurance, continuous improvement, and change management strategies and disciplines that support standardization of work processes, adherence to ISO standards, overall company-level QMS disciplines for mfg and operations
Work Experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, presentation and leadership skills
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Quality Control Manager or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Experience with relevant software, such as MS Office and data analysis software.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities
