We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at The Kentridge Senior Living located at 5241 Sunnybrook Rd.
Your primary responsibility will be to foster human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
To succeed in this role, you must:
* Be engaged in your work, team members, and community by investing your whole heart in the job.
* Be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Key Qualifications:
* Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents.
* Have a positive and energetic attitude towards working with seniors.
* Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
