About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Program Director to lead our Runaway and Homeless Youth Services (RHYS) team. As a key member of our residential services department, you will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and supporting programming in the Youth Crisis Shelter, including Basic Center program services, and the Transitional Housing/Rapid Re-Housing (TH-RRH) Program.
Your primary focus will be on preventing youth homelessness through housing options, case management, and aftercare services offered through a trauma-informed and housing-first approach. You will work closely with community partners, coalitions, and county, state, and federal liaisons to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives.
- Provide direct supervision to case managers and social work interns.
- Indirectly support and supervise staff assigned to each program.
- Collaborate with community partners and coalitions to achieve program goals.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and applicable code of conduct.
