**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying new prospects, cultivating new clients, and maintaining existing ones. They will need to have strong technical knowledge of the end-to-end commercial print workflow, including graphic design, prepress, offset printing, digital printing, bindery, finishing, mailing, assembly, and fulfillment/warehousing services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Review and analyze print estimates to ensure accurate pricing
- Coordinate pre-production meetings for large or nonstandard projects
- Obtain accurate job specifications from the customer
- Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to resolve issues and improve processes
**Qualifications:**
- Previous commission-based selling experience in the commercial print industry (5 years minimum)
- College degree preferred (BA/BS) or extensive industry experience required
- Strong technical knowledge of the commercial print workflow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed to support clients and be onsite at manufacturing plants
