About the Role
This Technology Leadership position will oversee the management of multiple teams responsible for enterprise-level software applications. As an IT Project Management expert, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor Team Leads, Architects, Analysts, and Developers to ensure effective project execution.
- Streamline and adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques.
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPO) to understand and implement IT and business strategy.
- Develop and support employee training and education aligned with IT strategy.
- Recruit, select, manage, and develop IT professionals to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- ~12 years of IT experience with ~7-10 years in IT Management.
- Knowledge of business application systems, systems infrastructure, CRM, eCommerce applications, Document management systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and general business operations and functions.
- Experience managing information technology projects, developing project work plans, budgets, and contract negotiations with software vendors.
