Career Development:

We assist in creating project budgets during the tendering phase, including road surveys, logistics costs, and road work costs. This involves a detailed analysis of various factors to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

Transport Management:

We are responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and damage-free transport of wind turbine components. This requires close coordination with suppliers, production sites, global logistics, and project teams to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless transportation.

Supplier Management:

We oversee subcontracted logistics operations, such as port activities and final deliveries. Our goal is to maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and ensure that their performance meets our high standards.

Road Survey Assessment:

We evaluate road surveys to ensure feasibility and safety. This involves analyzing data and making informed decisions to minimize risks and optimize logistics.

Risk Monitoring:

We anticipate and manage logistics risks, including capacity issues, transport permits, road modifications, potential delays, and adherence to Nordex standards. Our proactive approach ensures that we stay ahead of potential problems and make necessary adjustments to mitigate risks.

Domestic Transport Sourcing:

We prepare the Scope of Supply for sourcing domestic transport and provide feedback on suppliers' performance. Our aim is to source reliable and efficient transportation services that meet our quality standards.

Administrative Tasks:

We handle administrative duties like price requests and purchase orders. These tasks require attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Senior Responsibilities:

We assume senior responsibilities, including replacing the Med Logistics Manager during his absence, taking over Med portfolio tasks, supporting tenders/operations outside Balkans, and training new members. These roles require leadership skills, experience, and a deep understanding of logistics and project management.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in logistics and over-size transport.
• Familiarity with local transport permitting regulations.
• Preferably a university degree in Engineering, Technical, or Commercial fields.
• Experience in the wind industry is an asset.
• Proficiency in IT tools, project management methodologies, and financial follow-up.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Flexible and available to meet the demands of the role.
