Key Responsibilities
The Director of Quality will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance quality of care, reduce risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Main Accountabilities:
- Leadership of Quality, Infection Control, Performance Improvement, and Risk Management teams.
- Development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Regulatory compliance, including accreditation and licensure requirements.
- Data-driven decision making to support quality improvement efforts.
- Communication and education on quality and risk management activities.
- Representation of Facility-wide activities involving Quality, Infection Control, and Risk Management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Healthcare or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Expertise in Joint Commission survey preparation and coordination.
