Senior Operations Manager
We're seeking a professional with expertise, talent, and drive to lead our team in managing iconic brands and delivering exceptional care to billions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall team leadership for asset teams focusing on safety, quality, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with site resources to deliver platform results and meet customer service expectations for Kimberly-Clark.
- Set objectives with direct impact on plant and sector results, emphasizing quality as a core value.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or relevant field, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience in operations, business, engineering, lean manufacturing, and/or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of operations within the supply chain.
- Able to model and teach problem-solving techniques, visual management, and 5S.
- Leadership experience in non-exempt workforce and ability to travel up to 15%.
