Job Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all pre-construction and marketing activities, including business development, strategic planning, conceptual estimating, project estimating, design-management, client interface, and sales. The role will require occasional travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building construction and design-build project delivery
- Excellent project pursuit planning and marketing management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
