Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Jobleads-US. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering expert guidance and seamless execution for custom projects.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail and CPG landscape, as well as expertise in Field Agent's platform capabilities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing custom projects, including audits, insights surveys, and product trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on all Field Agent capabilities, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Guide clients through the execution of projects, from scoping and planning to final delivery.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Field Agent's technology, methodologies, and marketplace to optimize project execution and client success.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in execution.
- Troubleshoot project-related challenges and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes.
- Educate clients on best practices for utilizing Field Agent's solutions to maximize impact.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with Field Agent preferred for platform expertise.
- Able to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in project execution.
