Job Description:

• Develop technical expertise and deliver customer service through implementation and support.
• Work closely with internal and external project managers, developers, and teams to ensure success.
• Participate in process flow analysis and redesign.
• Share best practices and be consultative throughout technical design.

Requirements:

• More than one current ServiceNow CIS certificate.
• Exceptional understanding of solution aligned with certificates.
• ONE (1) CSA or CAD.
