A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, along with completion of a PGY-2 Oncology Residency or a minimum of 5 years non-dispensing oncology experience. You should also possess board certification in oncology pharmacy specialty (BCOP), which can be achieved within 18 months of hire.
