Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required. ">
- Completion of PGY-2 Oncology Residency or 5 years non-dispensing oncology experience required. ">
- Board certification in oncology pharmacy specialty (BCOP) required within 18 months. ">
- Demonstrated computer literacy with Windows and pharmacy software applications. ">
- Able to assess and interpret patient data to identify needs and provide age-related care. ">
