Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding Guest Service
- Setting an exemplary example for others
- Surpassing daily selling standards
- Managing schedules
- Maintaining inventory control
- Providing in-depth product knowledge to our guests
- Collaborating effectively as part of a cohesive team to achieve individual and store objectives
You will work in a sleeves-rolled, hands-on fashion to help the team thrive and grow. You will oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record in sales leadership and a strong sales background
- A minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience, overseeing comprehensive staff management including recruitment, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, coaching, and supporting
- Dedication to meeting and surpassing performance expectations, including achieving or surpassing sales targets and established store goals
- Possession of relevant skills, including proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs like Word and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to new procedures
