**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic thought partnership to Driscoll's leadership, offering insights and recommendations on business growth opportunities.
- Support corporate development projects, including expansion into new geographies and new products, as well as evaluating M&A opportunities.
- Execute initiatives to improve Driscoll's understanding of competitive intelligence, consumer trends, and macro/sociopolitical impacts on the business.
- Interpret external trends into meaningful short- and long-term goals for Driscoll's and its Global R&D Business Unit.
- Contribute to the Business Unit's people priorities and objectives regarding leader effectiveness, engaged employees, and enabling others to perform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, economics).
- 5 years of work experience in a related field, with a focus on business strategy, innovation, and partnerships.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience in storyboard development and executive communication.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects, including people management and timelines.
