About Us
We are a thriving, student-focused district committed to excellence in education. With approximately 1,800 students across five schools in two towns, we aim to foster academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and inclusive learning environments.
Innovative Pathways and Programs
- One of only three high schools in Maine to offer an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree program.
- Consistently the highest sending district per capita to Portland Arts and Technology High School (PATHS).
- A full-time outdoor educator and greenhouse embedded in instruction.

About Our District
We have two K-2 elementary schools, one Pre-K/3-4 elementary school, a 5-8 middle school, and a 9-12 high school. We take pride in maintaining the buildings, grounds, and facilities throughout the community.

Qualifications

- A vision for academic excellence, community partnerships, and student success.
- Maine Department of Education Superintendent certification (or certified outside of Maine and eligible for Maine certification).
