Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Deliver small bites to guests' tables and maintain service stations in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and flatware and polish glassware throughout shift, keeping floors free and clear of broken glass, water, and other debris during service.
- Receive and store supplies, assist with routine cleaning of the bar/patio area based on scheduled service, and ensure bar/patio areas are presentable for guests.
- Assist with hospitality special events as needed and acquire thorough knowledge of the winery and its wines.
