About the Role:
The Team Lead - Sales and Customer Service will oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring seamless execution of company strategies, processes, and policies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and fostering a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales across all shifts, maintaining high store standards.

Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- Retail and/or Food Management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
