About the Position
The Associate Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of program activities by managing and coordinating various parts of a program.
This role involves partnering with project team members, program managers, and/or stakeholders to manage vendor relationships and contracts, assist with procurement and licensing processes, and support project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Assist with managing Vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), including processing approvals and handling renewals as required. Assist with periodic recertification and access management for vendor resources.
- Delivery Management: Provide support for procurement and software licensing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage periodic access for tools and software such as planning.io, Atlassian, and other relevant software and platforms.
- Project Management: Assist with production release activities, covering both core and digital products. Manage and maintain MS Teams channels, teams, and Outlook distribution lists for the UWM project release train.
- Partner with BTS communications to coordinate events and publish content for the UWM project. Maintain and update email distribution lists for various teams and groups involved in the UWM project.
