Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and negotiation of commercial licensing agreements;
- Work closely with business teams to identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies;
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including privacy, security, and intellectual property;
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways.
Qualifications
- 5 years of legal experience;
- Experience with technology, IP licensing, and technology transactions, data privacy, cloud computing, or enterprise software systems;
- A combination of law firm and in-house experience;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
